Every paid membership is documented in a written membership agreement covering:

All membership fees, licensed activities, compensation arrangements, and real estate services are subject to applicable law, written agreements, and eXp Realty approval and supervision.
Cancellation Policy
- Members may cancel future renewals at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not by itself refund prior charges.
- Members retain access through the end of the paid billing period unless terminated for misuse.
- Unused requests do not roll over unless expressly stated.
- Fees for reports that have been completed or substantially started may be evaluated individually, consistent with applicable law.
- Membership subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.
- Annual-plan cancellation terms are displayed before purchase.
