This notice explains how Browse Get handles personal information on the Investor Intelligence Network platform. Last updated: August 7, 2026.

1. Who we are

Browse Get, trading as Browse Get Homes and operating the Investor Intelligence Network platform (“we”, “us”), is the data controller for the personal information described in this Privacy Notice. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and login credentials when you create an account.
  • Investor profile: markets of interest, budget ranges, investment strategy, and purchase criteria you save to your account.
  • Requests and submissions: CMA requests, property submissions, saved opportunities, and related notes.
  • Communications: messages you send us through forms or support channels.
  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser and device identifiers, and cookie data.
  • Payment information: payment card and billing details are collected directly by Stripe, our payment provider — we do not store your full payment card details.

3. How we use your information — and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with

  • Service providers (subprocessors) that host and operate the Service — cloud hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, analytics, and transactional email delivery — only as needed to provide the Service.
  • Stripe, our payment provider, for subscription management, payment processing, tax compliance, fraud prevention, and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
  • Authorities, regulators, or courts where required by law.
  • A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this notice.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, unless we must retain it to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and role-based access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; we respond to requests within one month as required by law.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and security, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

9. International transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from the EEA or UK, your information will be transferred to the United States; where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
