Refund Policy
How refunds work for Investor Intelligence Network memberships and one-time services. Last updated: August 7, 2026.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on membership subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, contact us through our contact page within 30 days of your order date and we will help you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
3. What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, your membership access ends and your account returns to the free tier. Your account data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
4. Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself refund prior charges — you keep access until the end of the paid billing period. The money-back guarantee above covers refund requests made within 30 days of the order date.
5. One-time services
Fees for one-time services such as individual reports or CMAs that have been delivered or substantially completed may be evaluated individually, consistent with applicable law.
