Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Investor Intelligence Network platform operated by Browse Get. Last updated: August 7, 2026.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Browse Get, which operates the Browse Get Homes website and the Investor Intelligence Network platform (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Browse Get provides real estate search, investor research, membership content, market reports, comparative market analysis (CMA) request handling, deal analysis tools, and property opportunity research for subscribers, with a licensed service area covering California. Licensed real estate brokerage activities are performed separately through eXp Realty and, where required, under separate written agreements. Outside California, any assistance is limited to search coordination and referral introductions to appropriately licensed or otherwise authorized local professionals; availability varies by market and jurisdiction and is not guaranteed. Purchasing a membership does not, by itself, create a real estate agency relationship.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Your account
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly through our contact page if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, spam, or deceptive practices; (b) infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; (c) introduce malware, probe or test vulnerabilities, interfere with the security or operation of the Service, or scrape or harvest data by automated means; (d) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports, data, or content provided through the Service without written permission; (e) circumvent plan limits or technical controls; or (f) use the Service to filter, target, or exclude properties based on protected characteristics in violation of fair-housing laws.
6. Intellectual property and licence
Browse Get owns the Service and all associated intellectual property, including software, reports, research, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service within your selected plan for your own research purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content except as expressly permitted in writing.
7. Market data and no professional advice
Market data and estimated ARV, rent, repair cost, profit, cash flow, cap rate, and return figures are preliminary estimates based on assumptions and available data; actual results may differ significantly. A comparative market analysis is not an appraisal. Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not legal, tax, lending, financial, or investment advice, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any property. Your investment decisions are your own responsibility — consult licensed professionals before acting.
8. Memberships, billing, and payments
Membership plans, prices, and billing frequency are displayed on the memberships page before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider, which also handles applicable sales tax collection and payment disputes for our orders. We do not store your full payment card details.
Payment processing is additionally subject to Stripe’s applicable consumer terms, available at stripe.com/legal/consumer.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access through the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Browse Get harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.
